For many young adults summer has started and for others it isn’t far off. What to do? So much choice! Here are just a few ideas you to do this summer…
Camp out- Watch the sunset, gaze up at the stars, roast some marshmallows with your friends, even if it’s in your own back yard camp out for the night.
Picnic– Go for a long walk, hike up the hill or just chill out in the park with a picnic!
DIY home project- Do your very own DIY home project this summer. With plenty of inspiration from Pinterest there will be no stopping you..
Beach! A summer must do, even if you take a short walk across the sandy way take a trip to the beach, go to the rock pools, find crabs or collect some shells.
Summer blockbuster– Head to the movies, there are some great films coming out this year! Wonderwoman is due out tomorrow (here in the UK),Spiderman- Homecoming, The Mummy, War for Planet of the Apes and many more.
New recipe- Get your chef’s hat on and get creative, create a new dinner recipe to impress your family or friends.
Photo Challenge- I am gonna give this a go myself it looks fun! I was looking through pinterest and I came across this ’30 day photo challenge’
Local Event- Escape the house and go to a local event 🙂
Hike- Put on your walking shoes and explore nature. It has some amazing views.
Journal- Write a journal each day, then look back on it and reflect on some memories.
Read- Sit in the sun, or admire the view from your window and relax with a good book 🙂
Exercise- I don’t mean full on workout, even if it’s a short walk everyday day, or a small yoga work out. Just 10 minutes of exercise a day can improve physical and mental health.
Popsicles- Try and find some more creativeness and make your own popsicles or as we call them here in the UK , Ice Lollies. It is super easy to do and you can make your own favourite flavour.
Movie night- Grab a bunch of your favourite movies and your favourite snacks and have a good old fashioned movie night in, either alone or with family or get some of your friends round 🙂
Museum- This may sound mundane but Museums can be pretty interesting and have some fun events on at times 🙂
